Chris Matthews at it again; Fight Night in South Carolina

Chris Matthews of HardballListening to Hardball tonight on MSNBC which I do when i get the chance, I have come to find out again that Chris Matthews dstorted the way that the barbs went in last night’s debate talking up Hillary Clinton’s mention of Obama’s support of a slum lord which actually happened after Obama critized Clinton for being on the board of Walmart.  But it seemed that Matthews tried to start something with Hillary Clinton and I just don’t get it.  His major talking points against her always look mean spirited.  His large voice which doesn’t let anyone finish talking when he asks them a question gets old really quick and to hear him laugh is almost like waiting for the Joker to appear in a Batman movie.  I used to enjoy Chris taking on the Republicans and asking the hard questions but this fascination with sorta destroying her each time he comes on the TV tube is really annoying and I wish that I could confront him in his Hardball style and lay into him something fierce.  Chris Matthews needs to give Hillary Clinton the love that he gives the other candidates such as Obama and Rudy Giuliani who I think has the chance of a snowball in hell surviving as becoming the Republican nominee.

Ding, Ding....the Gloves are on!!!It’s not all complicated which people call “Fight Night In South Carolina”  Clinton and Obama came out to show differences in each other’s record and honestly it was good for the party even though people want to see it as a bad thing.  Both look like they can take care of themselves in a fight however Obama did look confused when former Senator John Edwards joined the fray.  Listen, a president is going to have to go through this if he/she expects the entire world to believe that they have the fortitude to withstand the major troubles of leading the world’s superpower.  Clinton is easily speaking to the nation while Obama is going to win the “black vote” in South Carolina.  The “slumlord inner-city” statement by Clinton really packed a huge punch while Obama jabbed with “on the board of Walmart” remark.  Both shots were cheap and both had good reasons for stating the obvious.  Both wanted to gain the upper hand and gain the center of gravity in the race for the nomination.  Both are looking for any brick in the street to hit each other with and the majority of the party hopefully won’t get hurt in the process.  I believe that it’s good for both to show that they are strong willed but hopefully they don’t destroy each other before they get to the delegation handout.
